The Wave

See all

Four classes meeting the body as a wave, something received rather than reached for, rising and dissolving with nowhere to arrive. It moves from pendulums into rising and sinking waves, into the wave at every scale, into the freedom of a sequence never repeated the same way twice, and closes with a Pranayama class carrying the ocean into the breath through Brahmari, the humming bee.

Purnima Collection

See all

The free full moon gatherings, recorded live on the night of Purnima, when the moon changes shape but is never less than whole. Open to everyone, no membership needed.

Satsang Inquiry

See all

Talk and open questions, with no movement practice. Parveen works through the ideas the practice rests on.

Full Asana Practice (75m)

See all

Asana based classes, each around seventy five minutes. One continuous practice from arriving to resting, in the order they were taught.

Pranayama Explorations (75m)

See all

Full length classes that emphasize attunement to the breath. Movement leads into seated breathwork.

The Full Library

See all

Every full length class and short template, all in one place. The long form practice as it has been taught, in the order it was recorded.

Expansion and Contraction

See all

Four classes tracing expansion and contraction as one continuous movement, not two opposites. It moves from Warrior One and spirals folding into each other, into shape-shifting as the real subject, into the idea that each quality is already nested inside the other, and closes with a Pranayama class carrying the same continuum into the breath through the image of the body as Krishna's flute.

On Balance: Four-Part Inquiry

See all

Four classes tracing one question: are we ordering balance, or receiving it? The series moves through standing balance poses, Tree, Little Dancer, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3, into noticing the direction the body is pulled as it balances rather than resisting it, and closes with a Pranayama class that carries the same attunement into the breath itself.

Embodied Yoga Templates (30m)

See all

A seven-class series that lays the groundwork for the practice: entering the body, spiraling, seated flexion and spirals, and hips-and-spine flexion/extension. Each is all-levels, 27–36 minutes, and designed to be re-visited rather than completed.
