200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The foundation training, open to practitioners and absolute beginners as much as to people who intend to teach.

A full curriculum covering hatha practice, embodied movement, pranayama, chanting, anatomy, philosophy and the methodology of teaching.
You do not need to arrive as an experienced practitioner. It is open to all levels, including people who have never trained formally and have no plans to teach.
The curriculum
- Embodied movement, the myofascial sling method
- A gentle inquiry into the body's multilayered myofascial slings, eccentric and concentric contraction, and the hydration of fascia.
- Yoga asana
- Around fifty asana explored progressively, ordered by functional anatomy rather than by tradition.
- Functional anatomy
- Biomechanics, the skeletal, muscular and joint systems, and the mechanics of the spine.
- Philosophy and bhajans
- Vedic philosophy, the first two chapters of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, mantra and stotra.
- Pranayama
- Breath work, the bandhas (uddiyana, jalandhara, mula), mudras and the shat kriyas.
- Yoga lab
- Teaching technique, alignment, modification, sequencing and hands-on adjustment.
- Meditation
- Yoga nidra, stillness in the body, inner silence and awareness practice.
